About the Role
The Shift Manager (Nights) will lead a team across four assembly lines in the high-care area responsible for ready-made and cooked meals.
You will be at the heart of overnight production, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a visible leadership role that plays a vital part in maintaining product quality, output, and team performance throughout the night shift. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership position and make a real impact in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approx. 40 across four production lines during night shifts
- Drive operational performance against key metrics including productivity, waste, hygiene, and compliance
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to develop frontline staff
- Collaborate with other Shift Managers and Operations teams to ensure seamless shift transitions

Essential:

- Previous experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing
