Procurement Manager – Northwest – Bluebay Building Products

As a Procurement Manager based in the Northwest, you will be responsible for:

Negotiating with suppliers to develop a competitive product portfolio that aligns with business strategy and customer needs.

Overseeing stock holding, rotation, and cleansing while implementing system-driven inventory management for buying efficiencies.

Managing imports from overseas suppliers, ensuring compliance with all processes and documentation.

Conducting regular reviews of supplier agreements, matrix pricing, and discount structures to optimise commercial advantage.

Collaborating with branches to identify promotional initiatives that support the delivery of business objectives and branch operations.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Experience in procurement and sourcing (local and international), and a deep understanding of market trends in building products.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams, negotiate effectively, and manage supplier relationships.

Ability to analyse data, identify market trends, and apply commercial acumen to optimise performance and procurement strategies.

Resilience in a fast-paced environment, strong time management, and independent decision-making to solve challenges efficiently.
